Device is detected, but the monitor isn't...

My USB 3.0-HDMI DL-3500 adapter isn’t working. The monitor isn’t showing up in Screen Resolution. I have already tried updating to latest driver version as well as uninstalling and reinstalling.

Also I couldn’t find the product in the listing when posting this, since I think the product is discontinued, so I just chose the first option.
