Connection BOSE QuetComfort 35

I don’t get any sound or sound device when pairing my BOSE quietcomfort 35 headphones

What version of Windows are you using on the computer the adapter is plugged in to?

I am also having this problem on Windows 10. The PC seems to pair with the headphones but cannot get any sound

are there any specific drivers I can download to get my Bose q35 to link to my computer? I have windows 10, the headphones show up as an opttion, but will now connect. :frowning:

Thank you for your message. If the headphones are not connecting, there are a couple reasons that this can happen.

In some cases, resetting the pairing list on the headphones (hold the slider to the Bluetooth side for 10 seconds until an audio prompt indicates the device list is cleared) can help the headphones to pair as expected.
