Compatabillity with Cisco Catalyst Switches

Please note that I have not yet purchased one of these USB to Ethernet Adapters, and am in the process of gathering compatibility information.

Please note that I have quite a few Cisco Catalyst switches ,Models 2900XLs & 3550 and am needing an additional Ethernet adapter, therefore, can anyone confirm whether these devices will establish a connection with Cisco Catalyst switches?

Hello David,

I do not see why our Ethernet adapters would not communicate with your switches.

Our Ethernet adapters should act no different than any internal Ethernet adapter in an average computer system aside from a few edge case scenarios (WOL, PXE, etc).
