Can only wake from sleep by pressing the power button.

I’m not able to wake my computer from sleep using a wireless keyboard. It was working for a while and then something changed. I’ve gone into the device manager and set the keyboards to wake the computer, set the mouse to wake the computer, change the settings on all USB devices so the computer is not allowed to turn them off, and created a custom power plan that disables USB selective suspend when plugged in. This may have nothing to do with the USB docking station because opening the lid of the computer and touching the keys in the laptop also fails to wake it. Pressing the power button is only thing that works. Any suggestions?

Thanks for getting in touch!

If this was working previously, something had to have changed with the system in order for this to stop working. Do you recall installing any updates or updating the BIOS between then and now?

Solved it by changing the BIOS settings on my laptop to allow wake from USB. That was the final piece to get it to work the way I wanted.
