Plugable Bluetooth 4.0 dongle, it is functional my ps4 dualshock pairs with it. Games will not see it. If I plug the controller in with the cord it functions fine.Using on Win 10 64bit any help would be appreciated.

PlayStation controllers don’t use a standard method to connect through Bluetooth, so they require special software from third parties. This is why we mention in the product listing that we can’t support them:
Q: Will this work with PlayStation controllers, headsets, or other PlayStation products?
A: It might work, but we cannot say for sure. All PlayStation-branded devices use a non-standard Bluetooth implementation that requires third-party software, which we cannot support. Sony now offers an official USB wireless adapter for the DualShock 4.
Since we can’t support them, and it’s not working in your system with Steam, please take advantage of Amazon’s 30-day refund policy to return the adapter for a refund.
