BlackX does not provide power to Sata HDD

The title is it in a nutshell.

Suddenly my Blacx will not power up the inserted SATA drive.
Rebooted after disconnecting cradle and reassembling.
Was working fine yesterday. Also tried different USB2 cable.

Thanks for posting, but we’re only able to support our own Plugable-brand products.

I believe the BlackX is made by Thermaltake, so they will be the best people to contact for support.
