I am running windows 10 on an ASUS laptop, auto software touchscan and OBDlink MX Bluetooth connector. I uninstalled my onboard Bluetooth software and disabled the adapter and then installed the Bluetooth plugin. The first time I did it everything worked and then I rebooted my pc and now I cannot get anything to work. My software gives the message 32feet.net does not support the Bluetooth stack on this device even when I go back to my onboard device.

Could you run our diagnostic program? It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what may be happening. There may be some components of the previous Bluetooth adapter that are interfering with the Plugable Bluetooth adapter.
