after disconnect plugable display, could not detect again.

when I do not want to use one monitor, I disconnect it from windows display settings. Then when I want to use it again, I could not find it using detect monitor.

I attached display setting screen shot. I used to have 3 & 5 on the monitor list in display setting window, but it disappeared now, but it still showing up on the list on the display manager list

I finally figured out, change in multiple dsiplay settings can bring the monitor back.
