4k display problems

I have a plugable USB 3 adapter to drive my Vizo 4K TV. Most of the time it runs fine but occasional;y the screen image breaks up with vertical lines across the screen. I have checked with Vizo and they had me different things and determined the TV is working fine. When this happens it can take many power or input switches to get the screen stable. Usually once it is stable it works fine until the next time I power the Screen on and off. Thanks for providing the picture of the behavior. In many cases symptoms like yours can be traced back to the HDMI cable. If you swap in a new high-speed HDMI cable that is certified for use with 4K TVs does that help with the behavior?
